In today’s modern world, healthy living is by many considered becoming a challenge. We tend to live in a world of too many things to do and too little time to do it in. Is time your health daemon?… Exercise is vital for keeping a healthy body, especially for your vital organs such as your circulatory system ( heart and lungs ). You should do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day that gets your heart rate going approx 120 minus your age a minute at maximum push. ok…so you’re thinking this sounds great but i just don’t have the time? its easier than it sounds!
First, who says the 10 minutes has to be at once? it can be broken up during the day,time yourself every time you do something physically demanding, and see how much a day you do.
