Guidelines for healthy living – Part 2
The task of getting a healthy body shouldn’t be the most difficult thing in the world. Many people isn’t sick in medical sense, but still suffer from some health condition.
The skilled immunologist is probably the best person to contact, since he can make an analysis or examination to pinpoint what’s wrong, and give you a program based on the analysis. This is by far the best thing you could do to remedy a health problem.
Our body is a carbon oxygen engine, and the food you eat is the fuel in which it use to produce energy. Consider your body as the machine, and the the food as the fuel. When you keep this in mind it will be much easier to create a healthy body. Something that isn’t hard to do, when you know how.
The dominating factor is the quality of the food you eat, and this is the thing it all boils down to, when you try to get a healthy body or lifestyle. It’s the use of fresh groceries that bring about the good health.
When food has been in the fridge too long a fermentation process start, and the quality vanish. It become bad fuel, and it can make the difference between a good health and a bad health.
What you can do:
1 .The first thing you need to do is to get sufficient sleep, since it can have a great impact on you and your body. If you don’t sleep as much as you should there will be tendency to become easier sick, and less effective in many ways. A good nights sleep can do wonder, and when you get it regular you will feel a change.
The amount of sleep vary from person to person, but most people need 7-8 hours.
2. The next thing you need to do is to make sure your groceries are fresh and has a good quality – whether it is fruit, vegetables, or meat. At the same time keep ready-made food low as possible, and avoid products with sugar.
3. It’s vital that you get vitamins and minerals. Take them together with food. Vitamins can make some impressive changes in your health, especially when taken regular. The vitamins and minerals you should take is: C, A+D, E, B1, B-Complex, Zinc, Chrome, Folin acid, L-Glutamine, Enzymes. There can be many others you can take, but these are the most basics, and when you read about them you see why.
4. When you get some exercise you prevent the body from going downhill. It’s something which improve your health, and it don’t have to be much to make a change. The important thing is to get some exercise each day, to get out and get some fresh air, and use the body a bit, it’s designed to.
The above points is what I found to be the “cure”, and it work just fine as long as you apply the data. When you get the hang of it, you’ll be surprised how easy it really is to get a good lasting health.
