Vitamins are organic substances necessary in very small amounts to direct different processes within living cells. Even though vitamins offer no energy benefits to the body directly, they do help set free the energy stored in carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Thus, most vitamins help chemical reactions to take place. The human body does not produce most of the vitamins it requires and must obtain them from foods.
When taken as a dietary supplement in the daily diet, they help balance out the deficiencies of improper eating habits, overcooked foods, and non-nutritive processed foods. Vitamins are also critical in the production of red blood cells and the protection of the nervous, skeletal, and immune system.

Time management is basically about being focused. The Pareto Principle also known as the ‘80:20 Rule’ states that 80% of efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio ‘80:20′ is only arbitrary, it is used to put emphasis on how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management.

Bronzed skin, washboard abs, and a toned body. Many people think that this is supposed to be what women need to look like during those hot, steamy summer months of half naked fun in the sun. Why? Because the opposite sex is naturally attracted to it. Let’s go ahead and face reality though, not all of us poor ladies have those “rocking” bodies we’d love to show off. Instead, we sit in the shade and indulge in wishful thoughts of us being the center of a mob of hunks who can’t get enough of us because we’re so darn sexy. Lets get down to it, how do we get that attention, without showing off amounts of skin some people didn’t know existed on a human body? How do we dress to compliment our less or more than hourglass body shape or skin flare-ups? The first step to being a goddess in your own skin, you need to realize that you are one. Second, find clothes that suit your personality and your body shape and unique attributes.
